Descriptions:
Bios Beep Codes Viewer is a simple tool that will explain BIOS error sound codes for all major PC BIOS manufacturers (AMI, AWARD, Phoenix, IBM). If you have ever failed a PC your power-on self-test, you will know how useful it can be. In general, you will get a pattern of beeps, one long and three short, for example, and then you should look for your system manual to know what these noises mean.
However, with the sound code viewer, everything is very different. The program is portable, so save it on a USB flash drive and you can start it from almost any PC. Then, choose your BIOS type (you can say on the home screen, if you still have one), and click on the sound code you are listening to for a detailed description of what you are trying to tell you and how to solve the problem.
