Total Commander Ultima Prime is a collection of software and custom configuration sets brought together in one installation package to enhance the capabilities of Total Commander (file manager). It is a special distribution of Christian Ghisler's Total Commander with many useful third-party plugins and customizations. It also contains an extended main menu and toolbar, other programs, modified layout, and other items.

Ultima Prime is a very nice enhancement to Total Commander, where you have additional features available, which will help you organize your files and folders more efficiently.

The installation process includes several steps where you can configure some aspects of Total Commander, so take your time.

A friendly interface that you are used to

The interface is as easy to use as Total Commander has always been, only with new features.

At the top of the window you have many buttons, so you can access a function with a single click. The style can be selected from one of the steps you perform in the installation process.

Equipped with everything you need

The great thing about Total Commander Ultima Prime is that it comes with all kinds of useful plugins, so you won't need any other software.

For example, you can add/remove programs, access autorun, CD/DVD burning, email, virtual disks, a web browser, Notepad++, TeamViewer, Universal Extractor, uTorrent, Virtual Dub, and many others, but also you can shut down or restart the computer.

Don't put stress on your computer

The software is great overall, giving you the ability to select the exact plugins you want and don't want to install. Total Commander continues to use less CPU and memory than Windows Explorer, and that "feature" is always welcome.
