VariCAD 2021 v2.07 Full Version

Descriptions:
VariCAD is 3D / 2D CAD software primarily intended for mechanical engineering design. Comprehensive CAD software enables designers to quickly create, evaluate, and modify their models. The software is sold as a “fully loaded” package, with all the features and functions, for a very affordable price. VariCAD offers an excellent price/performance ratio, making it one of the smartest options on the market today.

Characteristics:
User Interface and System Environment
The VariCAD graphical user interface (GUI) has been designed to allow quick and intuitive 3D / 2D orientation. It has been carefully designed and tuned to reflect a designer's thought process, so ideas can be captured and communicated with a minimum number of steps. All commands were created with a focus on ease of use.

3D modeling
VariCAD provides a library of basic 3D shapes (such as a box, cylinder, cone, etc.), which are easily modified by editing their dimensions. Solids can also be created by profile rotation, extrusion, or lofting. More complex tools include combining rotation between two profiles, transitioning between a circle and a rectangle or between different profiles, and creating helical surfaces.

Geometric constraints and parameters
Although you can conveniently transform solids or their parts, you can optionally define geometric constraints. Once defined, constraints allow you to “paste” the object into a defined location. More precisely, you can remove the degrees of freedom of constrained objects. If other objects are changed or transformed, the constrained object changes its position automatically. For example, if you constrain a slot at the end of a shaft and the length of the shaft is changed, the slot remains a constant distance from the edge of the end. Constraints can be defined between elements of a solid, between complete bodies, or within a 2D profile by creating a solid (for example, by extrusion).

3D Sets and Groups
VariCAD also provides tools for assembly. If the link between a part and an assembly is defined, any changes made to the part file are reflected in the assembly file and vice versa. You can also define linked copies of solids (so-called identical solids). In such a case, editing an object causes all its identical copies to be updated. Solid groups can also be defined, simplifying selection and visibility changes for multiple objects.

Crash Testing (Interference)
An excellent feature of 3D modeling is component interference checking. VariCAD can check 3D assemblies for possible collisions (overlapping volume) between components.

Calculations
VariCAD can calculate 2D section area, surface area, volume, mass, the center of gravity, and moment of inertia. Mechanical part calculations are also included, for standard parts that mechanical designers use on a daily basis. There are calculations for tension and compression springs, prestressed bolted connections, parallel pins and keys, splined shafts, bearings, beams under combined tension (bending and torsion), spur and bevel gear geometry, and belt drives.

Surface development (sheet metal bending)
VariCAD can also create developed (not bent) surfaces of 3D solids or sheet metal parts. The XY coordinates of the developed surfaces can be saved to a text file for further processing. You can enter bending coefficients to customize your calculations, to reflect material and technology.

Mechanical Parts and Symbol Libraries
VariCAD contains libraries of standard mechanical parts (ANSI, DIN), such as bolts, nuts, pins, plugs, keys, gaskets, bearings, drawn and rolled shapes, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical symbols.

3D - 2D export 3D
models are easily converted to 2D drawings to produce conventional drawing documentation. You can create 2D views of one or more selected solids by defining the views in 3D. Furthermore, you can also export specified sections. VariCAD supports updates to a 2D drawing after 3D changes.

2D drawing and editing
The drawing functions are optimized for ease of use in engineering. Some useful 2D drawing features include: automatic object and snap point detection, numerous snap modes, auxiliary construction lines, ortho mode, rectangular grid, drawing layers, block creation, shading with automatic edge detection, advanced sizing, finish symbols, wild symbols, tolerance symbols and many more. You can draw in millimeters or inches.

Compatibility
VariCAD can exchange files with other CAD systems. You can export STEP (3D), STL (3D), IGES (3D), DWG (2D), DXF (2D) files and import STEP (3D), DWG (2D), DXF (2D) files. Files can be converted individually or in batch routines, thus converting multiple files in one step.

System Requirements:
The minimum configuration required:
  • at least 2 GHz processor
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics card with OpenGL 4 graphics hardware support (for example, NVIDIA GTX graphics chip)
  • 3 (5) button mouse with scroll wheel
  • Windows 7, Windows 8 / 8.1, or Windows 10 (64-bit operating systems)

WARNING!

PLEASE DISABLE your ANTIVIRUS BEFORE you extract the patches.

Unfortunately, some of these compression programs have a bad reputation in the security software industry, mainly because almost 99% of trojans/worms/etc. is packed with similar tools (or variants of these), and this self-unpack behavior is taken by some antivirus apps as an alarm signal.

Basically, this means that any trusted program packed with one of these tools can be erroneously detected as a virus, something known as a "FALSE POSITIVE".

Therefore, DON'T COMPLAIN about VIRUS or anything related to it in the comment sections.

If you don't know how to use them, do research first before complaining about FALSE POSITIVE DETECTION.

Anyway, thank you for visiting. Have a nice day.
